Ordering:
Orders are acepted online via our secure server (128 bit SSL) 24 hours per day. Phone orders are accepted via our Toll Free Order Line (listed above) Monday - Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time. We are closed on Weekends and Hoildays.

Payment:
Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover are accepted online. Money are also accepted, we will email you with the address to send your payment. Please be sure to send a copy of your order with your payment. If you do choose to order by Money Order, your order will not ship out until your payment is received.
Cancelling Orders:
Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you have already completed the checkout process, and no longer need the item you ordered, please view our Return Policy.
Shipping:
Standard Shipping is FREE within the Continental US for all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00 shipping is $5.25. Standard Shipping is via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or the US Postal Service First Class Mail. Transit time for your order is 1-5 Business Days depending on your location.
PO Box Shipments are sent via USPS Parcel Post. Risk of loss or damage on PO Box Shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.

Express Shipping:
We offer the following FedEx Express delivery services.
FedEx Express Saver 3 Day
FedEx Express 2nd Day Air
FedEx Express Standard Overnight
Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). For example, a 2nd Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday and an Overnight order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Please note that the standard processing time (noted above) will apply before your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii:
Orders are shipped via Priority Mail (3-4 days estimated transit time). 2nd Day Air and Overnight Delivery are available. The rates for all services are available at checkout.
Puerto Rico:
Orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Transit time is 3-6 business days. Please select "Priority Mail" at checkout. The shipping rates are available at checkout.
Overseas Military(APO/FPO):
We offer two options to meet your needs.
USPS Priority Mail. The fee is weight based and We only charge the Parcel Post Rate for the Priority Service Risk of loss or damage on Military Mail will be the responsibility of the customer.
FedEx Express International Economy Service (3-5 days for delivery). For FedEx Express Shipments you do not need to list the APO/FPO or Zip Code. Please list your address as shown below.

Hazardous Materials
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the International Air Transpost Association (IATA) restricts air shipments of certian hazardous material items. Aerosol products in pressurized containers (such as hairspray) and products containing flammable or corrosive chemicals (such as nail polish and nail polish remover) have this restricted status. Standard (Ground) shipping is required for all such items. If you have choosen Express Shipping you will not be charged Express Shipping Rates for orders with these items.

Gift Wrapping:
We are pleased to offer gift wrapping to you for an additional $1.75 / item. Please note the occasion you would like this wrapped for on your order. We also provide a personalized message with the gift wrapping. A
copy of the invoice will be sent to you if you request.
Returns:
Defective / Damaged: All returns must be confirmed within 14 days of the date of receipt for exchange. Please contact us to receive a defective / damaged return authorization. You will not be charged any additional shipping for defective / damaged exchanges. Defective / Damaged items can be returned for exchange only. FHI Irons have a one year warranty, please contact us for instructions on how to make a warranty claim.
General Returns: All purchased items that are unused and unopened may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund (less the original shipping costs and 12% restocking fee). To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. The shipping for items being returned should be paid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without our prior written approval. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number prior to shipping your return item(s) out. Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. Returns without a return authorization or past the return date will be abandoned.
FHI Irons have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. These irons may be returned for a refund less the shipping cost (usually $5.00 to $7.00). There is no restocking fee for the FHI 30 Day Program.
